Method 1 Take a bus
Step 1 @ Cheongju International Airport (CJJ) (청주공항)
There is a non-stop bus from Cheongju Airport to Yuseong Intercity Bus Stop (유성시외버스정류소). It costs KRW 6,500 and takes 40 minutes.
There is a bus ticket machine outside the Gate 1. The bus runs every 40 minutes from 07:45AM to 10:05PM. The bus to Yuseong Intercity Bus Stop will be at the bus platform 2.

Bus
It is possible to reach the Lotte City Hotel by bus. Depending on traffic, the bus ride will take about 24 minutes and cost KRW 1,500 with T-money card. Once arriving at Yuseong Intercity Bus Stop, go out and pass the subway Exit 1 to find a bus stop for the bus number 121. The bus number 121 runs every 22 minutes during weekdays. Ride bus 121 and exit the bus at the MBC/TJB. You will walk less than 400m to reach your destination.
Method 2 Use a train
Step 1 @ Cheongju International Airport (CJJ) (청주공항)
Cheongju Airport (청주공항) has its own train station, Cheongju Airport Station (청주공항역). It is a walking distance (600m) from Cheongju Airport, which takes about 10 minutes.
You can take a train to Daejeon Station (대전역) from Cheongju Airport Station. The train ride takes about 55 minutes. The train ticket costs KRW 3,900. The train schedule is available at the Korail website.
Since Cheongju Airport Station is an unmanned station, to buy a ticket, visit the Tourism Information (충청북도 관광안내소) on the 1st floor of the passenger terminal of the airport.

Subway + Taxi
Go out the front of the train-based Daejeon Station aboveground building and go underground into the subway-based Daejeon Station. Go down the escalator, make several lefts, go down another escalator, and use your transit card (T-money) or purchase a single use token. Walk 15 steps, turn left, go down the escalator, and go to the platform on your left. Trains come every 10 minutes or so. In fifteen minutes you’ll travel eight stations, exit at Government Complex, Daejeon Station (정부청사 pronounced Jeongbu Chongsa), and go out Exit 3 or 4 and hop into a taxi. The ride is less than 10 minutes, which will cost around 6,500 KRW.
Bus
Although time-consuming, it is possible to reach the Lotte City Hotel by bus. Depending on traffic, the bus ride will take more than 1 hour and cost KRW 1,500 with T-money card. Once arriving at Daejeon Station, go out the front entrance (Exit 1) and walk until you reach the street. Turn right and walk another 60 meters until you reach a bus top. Ride bus 707 and exit the bus at its last station, called the DCC last station(DCC종점). From there, you can walk 200m to the Lotte City Hotel.
